ORDER FULFILLMENT
Our earphones are hand-made to order. Handcraft and production process (drying of glue for 24h) means that we can daily manufacture a limited number of products. Usually, the time from placing an order and payment to delivery is 1-7 business days. In extreme situations of sudden increase in orders, shipping time may be extended to several working days. We kindly ask for your understanding.

DELIVERY
We carry out the delivery in cooperation with mail service of Poczta Polska. Our shipping prices are based on simple rules and fixed rates. The fee does not depend on the size of the package, but only on the selected payment method. We send all packages as priority with a declared value.
